Self Esteem How to believe in yourself and keep your head held high as the going gets tough. This lesson helps students have the emotional skills to believe in their ability to achieve and learn how to shelve those negative voices. This is a US spelling version of my Self-Esteem resource. All the information you need about this topic is provided, no additional prep is required (everything is also editable).
